Special Education Home

In the spirit of the Montessori philosophy, Montessori Regional Charter School (MRCS) has programs tailored to the needs of students with special needs and disabilities. Our programs and services appropriately meet the student's needs for educational, instructional, transitional and related services. Students that require special education services will receive an individualized education program (IEP).

MRCS has speech, language, psychological, occupational and physical therapy specialists available for all students.

MRCS maintains safeguards to protect the confidentiality of students' educational records and personally identifiable information when collecting, storing, disclosing and destroying student records.

MRCS participates in the Title I federal program, designed to improve student achievement.
