Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s):

Your child is enrolled at MRCS for the 2017-2018 school year.

INTRODUCING ON LINE REGISTRATION IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME

Open ON LINE registration – Wednesday, June 21st through Wednesday, July 5th 2017.
If you do not register on line by July 5th 2017, you will need to come into our office to register.


• WE REQUIRE ALL RETURNING FAMILIES TO COMPLETE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION.


You will be able to:
  • Update/confirm your demographic information: address, phone numbers, etc.
  • Sign up for email and Broadcast calls for upcoming events and important school information
  • Sign up to receive information about our Food Service program and MRCS Before and After School Care
  • Sign up for dismissal and register for district transportation
  • Update your child’s health information
  • Electronically sign the annual permission forms for school policies
  • Print a copy of your information at the end of the process

Please take action to complete this process by July 5th. Your child’s registration SNAPCODE appears on the label on the letter recently sent to you. You will use this code to access your child’s account. To access the InfoSnap system, click on the InfoSnap link. This will take you to the log in page of the InfoSnap Registration System.

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
When you registered your child last year, you created an account. If you can’t remember how you logged in, follow the steps in the Forgot Password Area to recover your information and access your account. If you still have trouble, use the ‘Contact Us’ link found at the top of the page to contact the InfoSnap help desk by phone.

WHAT’S A SNAPCODE?
The SNAPCODE is like a key or password to your child’s registration for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique SNAPCODE for each child. Make sure you enter it exactly as it appears, with no spaces or punctuation. Please make sure you keep your child's SNAPCODE in a safe place.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD?
Once you have accessed the InfoSnap System, enter the SNAPCODE, and you will be guided through a series of pages where you will verify and update your student’s demographic, medical information and more.

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD TO REGISTER?
Online registration must be completed for every student, but it’s easy to register siblings with InfoSnap. Once you successfully submit your online registration for one student, you can click a link on the confirmation page to start the process for another. All of your personal contact information will be saved so you do not have to fill it out again for each additional student.

DO I HAVE TO ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS?
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

CAN I CHANGE INFORMATION ONCE I’VE ENTERED IT?
To make changes, you can navigate to any page before submitting your information. You can also select the information to edit from the final review page. Once you submit the information, it will be saved in our system. After submitting your registration, changes can only be made by notifying the school.

I’VE COMPLETED THE FORM, NOW WHAT?
When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you need to make sure that you have answered all required questions. You will receive a confirmation email from InfoSnap.
