For their 6th Annual Spirit Week, with the theme of Kindness, Caring and Community, students at the Montessori Regional Charter School collected 402 pounds of food for the Second Harvest Food Bank.

Second graders (l. to r.) William Arrington, Jr. , Isabella Hernandez and Nikita Kolesnichenko are shown here with Amanda Johnson from the food bank, who also talked with all the students at the school’s Spirit Day celebration about the importance of giving to the community and the great work the food bank does in Erie County.
